The partnership found in Philippians 1:1-11 teaches us how very important and vital partners are to the ministry. You must understand the power of partnership "covenant." It is the backbone of partnership. Covenant says, "Whatever I can do for you, (forever), I will." Covenant means we are attached together, what God does for me will directly affect you, the people. The nations that we reach, you reach, through the attachment of covenant. Something great is in the making and we are going to be right in the middle of it.
Let's look back on the covenant that Abraham had with God. In Genesis 22, Abraham was told to offer up Isaac unto God for a sacrifice. As a result of Abraham's faithfulness to his covenant with God, God provided or met the need by placing a ram in the thicket. That was the power of covenant in action. God's covenant promise was to do all that He was able to do on behalf of Abraham, His covenant partner.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 AMP
"Two are better than one, because they have a good [more satisfying] reward for their labor; For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie down together, then they have warmth; but how can one be warm alone? And though a man might prevail against him who is alone, two will withstand him. A threefold cord is not quickly broken."

When two or more come together there is a heavenly power that shows up on their behalf. In the "power of 2," when two commit to something, the reward is greater than one.
